Description

Trendsetters looking to put some tough into their chi-chi wardrobe will love this leather biker-style boot from Fly London. A perfect pairing for leggings, tights and skinnies, the two-tone design is accented with overlays and a logoed antiqued buckle detail at the side. The side zipper makes for easy on and off, while the rubber outsole and heel keep it comfy and hard-wearing. FLY shoes are the footwear of universal youth fashion culture. Designed to meet the needs for footwear with fashion, comfort and style, FLY styling takes its influences from youth culture and a fusion of music and street fashion. Unique and uncompromising design season to season keep FLY at the cutting edge of fashion, and as "following fashion" takes on a light of superficiality, individual details from different sources create a stronger identity in shoes you'll love.

I had read a number of reviews on Fly London shoes and sizing. I tried these on in the store first, so I knew to go up a bit in size. I wear a 38 normally. I think that would have been fine if the shoes been styled to be just as roomy but with built-in arch support. These have no arch support. Since the toe box is wider than most other models of this brand, I decided to get this boot in a size 39 and put in a support insole and it fit perfectly and made it far more comfortable to walk in. I'd give it five stars but there were some minor imperfections and there is a little crack that started on the inside side edge of the forefoot after a few wears. Fortunately, I've worn them many more times in the months since that incident and I've had no other issues. I walk all day in them and I walk ~8-9 miles a day on average - to and from work - in an office. They look very professional with the right clothes. They're warm with decent traction but I would not wear them as winter boots to walk on icy sidewalks unless you have some rubber boot attachments with metal cleats on the bottom.I love Fly London shoes because they feel like they are actually good for my feet because of the arch support, the fit and the longevity of the shoes. These boots have low heels and therefore are funkier than I usually buy. But they work just fine with jeans and long skirts. The leather is very soft and there was no break-in period where I get callouses or worse. But they have maintained their shape.I have bought more than a dozen Fly London sandals, boots and shoes, most from Amazon, and they are the only brand I can buy online with confidence. I wear a size 10, I have a slightly more narrow foot than average, so with the boots I wear slightly thicker socks.I love these boots( I have them in green and red, both size 38; my normal size is US 7) - and got them at a great price (thanks!). 38 is just a little roomy. But not so roomy I'd want a smaller size, and they accomodate any sock thickness...a 37 would be annoyingIy snug enough so that I wouldn't buy the smaller size. I can tell. They're really comfortable, stylish with a funky edge, and I love the style and feel of the heel - just the right heel height (1-1/2 inches? Approximately.)I wear these ALL the TIME. They are super comfy and wide enough for my feet. Great for the motorcycle. I have had to get the soles replaced over the years, but that is typical for me and boots that I wear most days. And they look super hot!beautiful and definitely well made but for the price it should have a much more cushioned foot bed. there is no comfort for the ball of your foot, its hard as plastic. i've found more comfortable boots at Target for like 35-40 dollars, honestly. also, the ruched leather upper is really tight and very awkwardly formed on one boot and then the ruching on the other boot is loose and normal looking. all in all, i can't justify 150 bucks for boots that aren't even comfortableExcellent show and extremely comfortable. I have very wide feet and although I mostly get 8.5US, lot of times I see myself picking up a 9 because of the wide feet. But these boots are great. I could do blocks and blocks o f NYC walk with ease on a cold February night. Trust me, I am super picky about comfort in my shoes and I don't do high heels ever for the same reason.Comfortable to walk around for miles, work with lots of looks, easy to get on & off. What more can I say? It's my second pair. Beat my first ones to death after years of use, was happy to see they're still available. Wish they made more colors in this bootie.I lived in these extremely comfortable booties for years. Wore them into oblivion, was very sorry to see them go. Extremely comfortable, well-made, looked great with whatever I wore. Took them on a trip and walked a zillion miles in them and never had sore feet. I miss Mel.These are a lovely red colour exactly like the picture. I've always wanted a pair of red boots, so when I saw these at such a good price £48.09 I thought I couldn't go wrong. I now am beginning to recognise the Fly styles that I can get my poorly feet into and I saw these had a zip and are similar in style to two other pairs I own in brown and black so I thought they would be ok. I find Fly shoes/sandals and boots (when they fit) to be the most comfortable footwear that is also stylish. These arrived as promised by Amazon prime. They are as I said a lovely colour. They also look very good quality even with the slightly (in my opinion) worn look. I excitedly undid the zip and then disaster....I could not get my foot into the boot. They are quite ridged to get into and I am sure if I pushed I could have succeeded in getting them on, however having had ops on my feet I find pushing my foot in quite painful. I also think that they may have been a bit hard to break in with my heels the way they are. I'm quite surprised by this as I have as I said boots of similar styling but hope that this is a one off and that I will continue to buy Fly from Amazon where I know I can try on in the comfort of my home without having to trudge around shops and looking rather uncomfortable trying to prize my feet into various boots to find the right fit. Find Fly good quality, as I said stylish and very stable to walk in.I had these exact boots in brown and wore them for 10 years until I literally wore them out! Buying another pair was a no-brainer. They're such a classic style, they go with all types of trousers and skirts. I chose the black this time because it suits more what I wear these days. Looking forward to another 10 years' wear...Really like the boots I bought a size 4 and they would definitely fit a size 5 but probably small 5 I have to wear thick walking socks with them, the heal also make quite a loud clunking sound indoors on hard surfaces so would have preferred a hard rubber heal rather than presumably hard plastic but that might improve with wear. I’ve had lots of compliments having said that so thumbs up ?Looked a little bit like a clown boor on. The colour is brighter red than I realised and the finish is shinier too. The fold across the foot part doesn't really make the leather look softer, and the toe is a little bit turned up and bulbous. I was quite disappointed with this boot.Liked the style although my husband noticed each boot was slightly different, one had more slouches than the other. I decided to keep them as it barely notices and they were a good price. Comfortable fit when a put them on but pinched on one of my feet after a few hours, I do have a high instep though. I am sure they will get more comfortable as the leather is soft.
